She has also been a member of the NSA for more than 10 years.
For several years I have given a workshop on the working career woman and stuttering.
The workshop was developed through conversations I had with a fellow working woman who stutters, Lorraine Reigel.
She is currently a doctoral student at the University of Pittsburgh under the guidance of J. Brett's research interests include examining the motoric and linguistic factors that may be involved at the onset of stuttering.
Brett is also a certified speech-language pathologist who has worked clinically with both children and adults who stutter.
Kari Kelso is also one of several people in the Sacramento NSA Chapter who serve as a chapter leader.
